We guarantee fair wages and ethical procedures throughout our supply chain, ensuring your little one's clothes are made with care and respect for the people who create them.

We make sure to use only material made from natural fibers. These are more gentle on your babies delicate skin and reduce the risk of allergies and skin irritations.

Kozie uses safe, water-based dyes free of harsh chemicals like AZO and heavy metals. This keeps your baby's skin happy and minimizes environmental impact – a win-win for all!

We recommend to wash all our products not higher than 40C. You will find the care instructions on each individual product.

We don’t offer returns, but we’re happy to exchange your item if it’s not quite right. We want you to love your Kozie purchases!

If something isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free exchange within 14 days of your delivery date.

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging: This means unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
• We take care of mistakes! If we messed up and sent you the wrong size, a faulty product, or missed an item entirely, then don't worry! We'll cover all exchange shipping charges.
